How to join the Association:

1. Download either the Individual Membership form or the Cluster Membership application form by clicking on the icons to the right
2. Once completed, e-mail scanned completed copy, by April 13th, to receive "Early Bird Special", to our Association Secretary; Cathrina Lynch to the address noted on the application.
3. Payments are by  direct deposit.  Please use the account number noted on application and reference the payment with your name and "Ass Mem Pyt" 
4. Don't forget to e-mail, scan, or send in your application when paying by DIRECT DEPOSIT :)
